Rosser has counseled individual clients in carrying out their testamentary intent, as well as preserving their assets for future generations, through properly drafted and funded trust instruments. He represents individuals, spouses and domestic partners, and families, some for generations. Generally, his clients begin with an Estate Plan, and then their families return for Estate Administration when a client becomes incapacitated or dies. Often a client’s children or another named Successor Trustee retain him for Estate Administration services.
Rosser is attentive to his clients’ family and life situations. He works collaboratively with his clients to create their trusts and estate plans and administer those plans. Rosser provides an initial no cost consultation, preferring to meet personally with potential clients. A questionnaire is provided to be completed prior to the first meeting, providing more time for discussion of crucial issues.
Rosser is a member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Lawyer Information and Referral Service, and is currently pro bono In House Counsel for the Scott Ramsey Driscoll Foundation. Rosser is a Notary Public as well.
